The solution is a mixture of water and rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl). Just combine one-part water and two-parts rubbing alcohol, spray this o your windshield and the frost will dissolve immediately. Because the rubbing alcohol has freezing point of -89 degrees Celsius (-128F) the mixture not only doesn’t freeze but it lowers the freezing point of water and melts the frost away.
